Simon Harrison, CBI, CM&AP, FMVA Senior Advisor to Jim Parker
Simon has 7 years of experience as a business broker and holds two esteemed industry designations: CM&AP (Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional), CBI (Certified Business Intermediary), FMVA (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst).
Simon’s expertise significantly contributes to many essential aspects of the sale process. This includes assisting in the establishment of the Most Probable Selling Price (MPSP) through his work on the Broker’s Opinion of Value (BOV). Other vital roles are screening prospective buyers and coordinating and guiding discussions between buyers and sellers.
Stephanie SherbacowClosing Coordinator
Stephanie, who has 10 years of experience, is the Closing Coordinator and works closely with Jim from initial contract phase through the final closing.
She expertly handles communications with all the key players, including sellers, buyers, lenders, attorneys, and accountants. She ensures a smooth, efficient flow of information and coordination, making certain that all parties are aligned and informed every step of the way.
Terra BradyListing Manager
Terra, Jim’s Listing Manager, has more than 5 years of experience. She plays a vital role in facilitating sales, specializing in managing listings, and gathering the information required for marketing purposes.
Her key responsibility is overseeing the production of Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), while working intimately with the writer and graphic designer to ensure precision and a high-quality output. She also implements marketing strategies.
Lydia KnappBusiness Development Specialist
Lydia is an accomplished Business Development Specialist, recognized for her expertise in fostering strategic partnerships and enhancing the growth of Jim’s practice. Her primary role involves closely collaborating with Jim in strengthening relationships with key referral sources.
Lydia’s approach combines a deep understanding of market trends with exceptional communication skills, enabling her to effectively connect and maintain fruitful partnerships.

Margarita is an accomplished professional artist, well known for her work with some of the largest theme parks in the nation. She uses her artistic skills to design and create custom eyecatching graphics for marketing materials, including Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs).
